- Help the Admin Division Supervisor / Workers in conducting routine stock accuracy checks.
- All funds from suppliers/contractors must be verified, approved by Retailer Supervisor and processed with Regional Office Accounts Workers. Adjust to-up must be maintained to hint pending invoices and flag pending funds. Protect a liaison with suppliers to clear any wonderful funds
- Cash Office duties along with the subsequent:
- Every day reconciliation of retailer takings & tales
- Banking/Abroad Alternate
- Retailer Petty Cash
- Tallying of safe fund daily
- Credit score rating Card Reconciliation
- Enusre right tales are supplied to Admin Administration to enable industrial selections.
- Help liaise and manage the induction teaching for model new staff on procedures –to plan & schedule induction teaching for newly recruited staff on the Admin procedures throughout the retailer.
- Making sure that the accuracy of stock obtained from the warehouse is accounted throughout the system
- Making sure Periodic stock accuracy checks with industrial teams co coordination.
- Every day stock related adjustments and reserving the model new stock receipts, retailer to retailer transfers and RTW’s (Return To Warehouse) throughout the system.
- Ordering of Stationary for the Retailer / Admin Workers
- Higher Nationwide Diploma/School Diploma
- Minimal of two years of labor experience in educational/office/industrial environment
- Wonderful interpersonal, organizational and time administration skills
- Capability to develop and hold environment friendly working relationships with faculty college students, mom and father, lecturers, the neighborhood and completely different administrative staff
- IT literate
- Effectively mannered cellphone methodology and discretion.
