Government Assistant
The right candidate will current top-level assist for high-level executives. They should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling conferences and responding to emails on the supervisor‘s behalf. Lastly, this specific individual must be succesful to draft paperwork and help the supervisor with any compulsory meeting preparations.

- Calendar administration for executives
- Help govt in preparing for conferences
- Responding to emails and doc requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and paperwork for executives

- Bachelor’s diploma or equal experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing various priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Properly-organized, detail-oriented, capability to multi-task with good follow-up talents
- Sturdy written and verbal communication talents in Arabic & English
