Job Description

• Recruitment and Development of Life Insurance coverage protection product sales Brokers
• Train Administration and administration, centered on Agent’s retention & enchancment
• Undertake joint space work with Brokers and reveal worthwhile product sales experience
• Adherence to the Agency Processes and Ideas
• Conducting daily/weekly & month-to-month F2F & Crew’s conferences, centered on Agent’s progress
